Shipping Policy – JAIHIND SPORTS

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Kerala: 2–4 business days

  • OUTSIDE KERELA : 7-12 DAYS

  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days (depending on location and courier service)

Please note: Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or festive seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1999.

  • For orders below ₹1999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS containing tracking details.

You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged / Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos

  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

  • Order details

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver on time, JAIHIND SPORTS is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
